Biography
Walter joined Millard Consulting as a Senior Engineer in 2014. In recognition of his experience and development of important Client relationships, Walter was promoted to the role of Principal Engineer in 2020.
Prior to this joining Millard Consulting, Walter worked throughout Scotland on a range of residential and commercial developments, in addition to Term Commissions for Perth & Kinross Council, Fife Council, Stirling Council and Transport Scotland.
Walter is involved in all aspects of roads and drainage schemes, working closely with Clients, and Local Authorities to secure statutory approvals. Since joining Millard Consulting, he has also worked on a number of high profile projects throughout Scotland, including prestigious developments with private foul drainage and sustainable urban drainage solutions.
