Comprehensive infrastructure design is imperative to any development. At Millard Consulting we offer our clients engineering solutions that are specifically tailored to their needs. Ensuring engineering design fits with the development concept is how we generate customer satisfaction. With this as a key driver of our activities we work closely together with clients and the various statutory authorities, to deliver sustainable, cost effective and safe engineering solutions.
We provide detailed civil engineering design for small developments involving the construction of single dwellings, through to large scale strategic development projects, encompassing the construction of several thousand houses. Our clients operate within a number of sectors including: commercial; residential; health; education and local authority.
As part of the detailed design process we negotiate Roads Construction Consent and Sewer Technical Approval to maximize adoption of the completed works. As a standalone service we provide design services for new access roads, road improvements, public realm improvements, highway infrastructure, SUDs schemes and civil engineering works to private and public sector clients.
We have experience and can provide guidance in accordance with the National Roads Development Guide as part of the Roads Construction Consent process.
Where required our designs may include a detailed earthworks strategy, access provision or SUDS infrastructure and utilities coordination. We also use PDS® and WinDes® software, which provides accurate 3D modelling of a site and the proposed design solution.
