Millard Consulting has provided responsive local engineering services for affordable housing projects across Scotland. Our service encompasses the full scope of development, from pre-planning through to design and on-site support. The range of services provided includes; traffic and transportation assessment, structural design, infrastructure, SUDS design, flood risk assessment and contamination & environmental assessment.
