New Leisure Facility at Seaton Park, Arbroath

Millard Consulting have been involved in the design of a new build Modern Leisure Facility at Seaton Park in Arbroath.  The building materials of this community centre make it quite unique in that around 90% of the materials used will be low carbon, reclaimed or recycled, making it the first building of its kind in Scotland.

The centre, for the use of local, Not-for-profit organisation, Showcase the Street will also be open to the public as a community centre.  This project also involves local architectural firm Voigt Architects and national bodies Zero Waste Scotland and the Construction Scotland Innovation Centre.

We are very much looking forward to seeing this project completed and to the community enjoying this new ultra sustainable addition to the Arbroath landscape.
