Extension at Invercarse Hotel, Dundee

The long-awaited extension at the Invercarse Hotel, Dundee is now open.

Millard Consulting Director Mark Pirrie and Senior Technician Fiona Murray have worked on this project, along with Dundee based architectural firm ARKTX and George Martin Builders since its conception in May 2016.

The £1 million extension comprised of two floors, is open to the public as of April 2018.  The extension sits on the site of the old car park, with a new car park being situated slightly further back in the grounds (our roads and transportation team have been an integral part of this also).

Many hours of hard work spent in meetings and on structural calculations and drawings have gone into the making of this extension, it has all been worth it however, as the client is delighted with the results.

The large rooms are crisp, comfortable and spacious.

The new rooms are very modern and up to date,

and provide a little bit of luxury in the form of a bright and relaxing bathroom.
