Urban Quarters at South Tay Street

One of our jobs featured in the news recently. The B-listed building refurbishment at no. 26 South Tay Street is set for opening in March. We worked with Mark Walker architect to secure building warrant for the structural engineering details of the conversion from former surveyors office to four, two-bedroom apartments.

Sitting in close proximity to the Dundee Rep, DCA and University of Dundee this prestigious, high quality development, in the cultural quarter of the city is set to provide luxury serviced apartments, as an alternative to staying in a hotel.  Lynne Henderson of developers LM&G said in The Courier “we think the market is right for this kind of venture, with the likely increase in business people coming to Dundee through developments like the V&A”.
